• Any notes you add — for example access instructions, pets, or parking

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or card details through this website. Payment information is never collected on this site — see Payments below.

How your request reaches us

The quote and appointment forms on this site do not store your information on the website itself. When you submit a form, your details are passed straight to Perfect Solutions LLC by email — in most cases by opening your own email application with the request pre-filled, so the message comes directly from you to us. If we later connect a form-delivery service to make this seamless, that provider will process the submission solely on our behalf in order to deliver it to us.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send you a quote
• To confirm, schedule, and carry out your cleaning appointment
• To send you a deposit or payment link and a receipt
• To contact you about your service — confirmations, changes, or follow-up questions
• To keep ordinary business records such as invoices, as required for tax and accounting

We will not send you marketing messages you did not ask for, and we will not add you to a mailing list simply because you requested a quote.

What we never do

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not currently use an analytics service. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive your IP address in order to deliver the font files — this is standard for most websites and is not used by us to identify you. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this page first.

Payments and deposits

We collect a 25% deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits and balances are handled through a secure, encrypted third-party payment provider that sends you a payment link directly. Card numbers are never entered on this website, and we never see or store your full card details. We receive only a confirmation that a payment was made, along with the receipt information needed for our records.

Who else may see your information

Access is limited to the people and services that need it to do the job:

• Our own staff and cleaning team, limited to what they need to complete your service
• Our payment and invoicing provider, to issue your deposit link and receipt
• Our scheduling or form-delivery providers, where used, purely to pass your request to us
• Our accountant, or a public authority, where the law requires it

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to follow up on them. Records tied to completed jobs — invoices, receipts, and service history — are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your details, or stop contacting you. Just call or email us using the details below and we'll take care of it. There is no charge for this.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we encourage you not to send sensitive details such as card numbers by email.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
